How To Troubleshoot(Autofix) Door Lock System In HRMS Software?

In case your door lock system stops working or does not respond with ‘Access Control Device Pairing’ enablement. You can follow the below-listed steps to fix the issue.

  • 1. Go to Settings and click on the ‘Autofix Device’ button as shown here.

  • 2. Furthermore, pair the device with the concerned pincode which you will get to enroll with our hihellohr software.
