How to Make Visitor Report from Mobile Application?
Here is a step-by-step guide detailing how to create a visitor report using the mobile application.
1. Click on the "Visitor Reports” section.
2. Afterward, click on the ‘Add New’ icon.
3. Here, start by adding the project name you are working on, and then specify the status indicating whether the client is interested or not.
4. Now specify the visitor’s first name, last name, phone number, and email then proceed by clicking on ‘Next’.
5. Here enter the company name, city, state, and country name.
6. Now specify check-in date and time, check-out date of your visit, and the address, then proceed by clicking on the ‘Next’ button.
7. Now enter the visited place, purpose of the meeting, the name and phone number of that person, as well as their designation, then proceed by clicking on ‘Next’.
8. Here you can add the booking amount, advance amount, billed amount and tax, then proceed by clicking on next.
9. If you want to include any additional relevant information, you can add here and then proceed by clicking on ‘Next’.
10. If you desire to attach a note, you can do it by clicking on the ‘Add New’ button, then save the information by clicking on ‘Save’.
