How to Make Field Reports from the Mobile Application?
Here is a step-by-step guide on how employees can create reports using the mobile application.
1. After accessing the HiHelloHR app, you will receive this interface asking for the company ID; simply enter your company ID and continue.
2. Now, select 'Employee Login,' enter your username and password, then click on 'Login' to proceed.
3. Here you can see the navigation menu located at the top corner; simply click on it.
4. Now, click on 'Reports,' where you'll find two sections: 'Field Reports' and 'Visitor Reports'.
5. After selecting 'Field Reports,' proceed by clicking on the 'Add New' icon to create a new field report.
6. Here, select the project you are currently working on, add the title, and then click on 'Save'.
7. It will be displayed as shown; now, proceed by clicking on that created report to add more information.
8. Next, click on the ‘Add’ button.
9. Here, employee can capture a picture of something as evidence of their visit, provide a brief description in the note, and save it.
10. After saving, it will be saved here, and in the report section, the admin can access and review the report.
