Here are a few easy steps to follow for recording attendance from your mobile app.
Install the ‘hihellohr’ app on your mobile app.
1. Open the ‘hihellohr’app on your device where you will get an interface like this. Fill in your ‘ Company ID’ and click on the ‘Continue’ option here.
2. Then you will get another section. Click on ‘Employee Login’ & fill in your login details i.e ‘Employee ID’ & ‘Password’ and proceed with the ‘ Login’ button.
3. You will get logged into the web application with your employee ID presented in the system interface like this-
4. Click on the ‘Mark Attendance’ option available here in the image.
5. Click on the PunchIn/PunchOut option available here.
5. The camera will appear to record the employee’s image. The employee can record & click with his image and tick to proceed with attendance recording from here.
6. Then your attendance will be recorded reaching the interface presented below. Please click on the final ‘Submit’ option here.
Your attendance will be finally marked in the system.
