1. After creating and saving the visitor report, you will receive the option to create the reminder; simply click on ‘Yes’ if you want to create one, otherwise select ‘No’.
2. Here, first you have to add the reminder title followed by the date and time for sending the notification to the employee.
3. Afterward, specify the time duration before which you wish to send the reminder notification to the specified employee and also specify the employee you want to send this notification to and save the information by clicking on the ‘Save’ button.
4. After saving you will get this interface where you can view all the information you have added in visitor reports.
5. After clicking on the ‘Reminders’ section, here you can see reminder details as shown in the image.
