How to create and upload payroll using CSV

  • After downloading the CSV file, you'll understand how to upload this payroll using CSV. However, if during payroll creation you selected ten columns but defined 20 columns in the CSV file, the script will add only the ten columns chosen during the payroll setup process

Here's a comprehensive step-by-step guide on how to create and upload payroll using a CSV file:

  • 1. Any column added to the template will be displayed as shown in the image below, ensuring that the names match identically in terms of case sensitivity. You can manually add whatever data you want to add and simply save the changes.
  • 2. Afterward, you can upload the CSV file that you've maintained before. Simply click on the green icon to proceed with the upload process.
  • 3. Now choose a file and just select it.
  • 4. The selected file will be attached and uploaded here, which you can save.
  • 5. After that, you'll get this interface where you can process the desired file according to your preference by clicking on the process icon.
  • 6. Here, you'll see all the columns you've added.
